Hybrid Work Environment: Your Perfect Blend
Riley Children's Foundation maintains a hybrid work environment and believes we will be most successful when we come together collaboratively, while simultaneously providing individuals and their managers the opportunity to make choices about where they may best accomplish their work and achieve their goals.
Each month, at least 40% of an employee's working days are in the office. Employees and managers have the flexibility to determine their daily work location in a way that meets the minimum in-office threshold each month. All employees must live within commuting distance of our office, 500 N. Meridian Street in Indianapolis, for various in-person meetings and events.
