Riley Children’s Health is ranked in 11 out of 11 pediatric specialties in U.S. News & World Report’s 2024-2025 Best Children’s Hospitals rankings, with three programs ranked in the top 10 nationally.
To continue building areas of national distinction, provide Hoosier children with the most leading-edge therapies, and mitigate the impacts of a national pediatrician shortage, we must direct philanthropic funds so Riley can recruit, retain and train more experts.
What will we do with your donation?
With donor support, Riley will:
- Create new fellowship training positions in a range of pediatric subspecialties, enabling us to bring up-and-coming experts to Riley in the earliest stages of their careers.
- Provide enhanced recruitment packages and benefits to top-tier trainees to distinguish Riley from other prestigious programs nationally.
- Establish named faculty positions that attract senior and mid-career leaders by providing flexibility and resources to pursue high-impact research, education and healthcare improvement initiatives.
- Launch Riley Physician Accelerator Funds to aggressively pursue recruitment of visionary pediatric trailblazers who will transform programs, serve as magnets for other top talent, and build exceptional clinical and research teams.
