Denney Companies Matching Individual Donations until Dec. 31

Miles was just two years old when he was diagnosed with cancer. At the same time, his six-year-old sister, Samantha, was also receiving treatment for her own cancer.

“I was two, and they found different tumors,” Miles said. “Mom and Dad were really scared.”

Miles spent 54 consecutive days at Riley Hospital for Children, undergoing six months of chemotherapy. He remembers his doctors at Riley Children’s Health as “super nice.”

“They knew exactly what to do.”

Today, Miles is seven years old and has been in remission for four years.

“I play football now. I’m really fast.”
